Wax Tin

If you own our signature raincoat in the waxed cotton, this is for you.  While the abrasion rating is very high on the wax, eventually you will need to touch it up in spots of extreme wear.  Using the same wax content formula that is applied to the fabric at the Halley Stevensons mill, refreshing your jacket with this wax will keep it functioning properly for many years.  How to apply:

• Remove any dirt from fabric using clean water and a sponge and allow to dry before application.
  
• Place tin in warm water to soften wax.
• Use a cotton cloth to apply wax, making sure to cover difficult areas like folds, creases and pockets.
  
• Allow the jacket to cure in a warm place for at least 24 hours.
