Filson x Freeman Mackinaw Wool Lined Raincoat - Navy

This variation of the classic Freeman Raincoat blends our trim, modern silhouette with Filson’s trusted heritage fabrics.  The result is a new outerwear icon ready for the low temps and wet weather that lay ahead.  We have crafted this classic raincoat in Seattle using Filson's signature 8 oz. Oil Finish Cover Cloth, their time-tested waxed cotton. Periodic rewaxing will maintain water resistance for years on end. The torso and hood are lined with genuine Filson 24-oz. Mackinaw Wool, the same heavyweight wool found on many iconic Filson jackets and vests. The front hand warmer pockets and inside chest pocket are lined in Filson's 100% Brushed Cotton Guide Flannel. The sleeves are lined with their Dry Finish Cover Cloth, a finely woven cotton that slides easily over layers. The drawcord-adjustable hood’s structured brim keeps rain out of the eyes. A storm guard protects the chin-high front zipper. Angled-entry hand pockets are protected by snap-secured flaps. Snap-tab adjustments on the cuffs seal out the weather. 

The Filson x Freeman Raincoat is a modern interpretation of our tried-and-true classic raincoat and made for Seattle weather. With sleek lines and a contemporary fit, comfortable ease of motion is provided by innovative design. Fitwise, the Filson x Freeman raincoat is slightly trimmer than Filson's classic relaxed fit.

• Fit: Nick is 6'2", 165 lbs and wears a size Large. Filson x Freeman raincoat fits slimmer than Filson's mainline pieces. We recommend sizing up if in between sizes or if a looser fit is preferred.
• Care: Do not wash or dry clean – brush or wipe clean with a damp rag. Rewax as needed to maintain maximum water resistance. To prevent the transfer of oils, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact between Filson oil finish goods and light-colored fabrics, especially in warm weather.
